What is a Kindle ebook?

'Kindle' is the name of the ebook format used by Amazon. Kindle books can be read on any computer, tablet or smartphone using a free app available here.

Where do I buy Kindle books?

Kindle books are available from a number of different online stores, depending on where you live. If in doubt, go to the US store, which is their main one. If you attempt to purchase from the US store and you are in a different zone it will direct you you to the appropriate store.

How do I find the book I want?

When you go to a Kindle Store you can search through their whole catalogue. To go directly to any book listed on JimMackinnon.com simply click on its "Buy Now" link and it will take you straight to that book's product page. By default these are set to the Australian store. Or you can simply go to the Kindle Store and use their search function. A search on "James Mackinnon" is probably the quickest way.

How do I find out more about the book?

When you go to the book's product page on the Kindle Store you will find a "Look Inside" option. This lets you read the first part of the book.
